Strength & Conditioning
Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30 pm
All fitness levels welcome, the class is split into two parts. The first part is more strength-focused, while the second part is a higher-intensity workout.
Body Burn Circuit Style Class
Tuesday & Thursday 6.30 pm
All fitness levels welcome, these classes are a more circuit-style class that has a mixture of weighted and body weight exercises.
Stronger Saturdays
Saturdays 8.30 am
More of a weight lifting based class.
Perfect for if you want to start free weights, and build confidence in a welcoming, like-minded environment.
Planned in 4-week blocks that allow beginners and regulars to work on their technique and form to build a stronger you.
