Meet Melissa
Body Burn was founded by Melissa in 2022 with one goal in mind: to create a welcoming fitness space where everyone can move at their own pace and feel part of a supportive community.
At Body Burn, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone—no matter your experience, background, or current fitness level.
With a strong foundation in group exercise training, Melissa understands the power of teamwork and the motivation that comes from working out together.
There are no egos here—just good vibes, encouragement, and a community that lifts each other up.

Our Studio
In August 2025, we relocated to our own space at Coppull Mill, Unit 22a.
We’ve created a bright, welcoming atmosphere where both beginners and experienced exercisers can feel confident and thrive on their fitness journey.
Our studio is purpose-built to give you the very best in functional fitness, featuring a sled lane, a wide variety of weights and equipment, and of course, our long-awaited Ergs.
We can’t wait to welcome you onto our dance floor.
